Marketing needs to engage people emotionally.  Why?  Because people respond when emotions are involved, they will like you and your brand.  They will feel different about you.  They become receptive to you.  That’s why good marketing tells a story, finds a way to engage you, speaks to something that resonates with you.  Health care marketing is no exception.  Ask yourself, why would Volkswagon do this …Piano stairs – the fun theory?  And you will start to think outside of the box for your organization.
