Snail Mail is Not a Thing of the Past

I’m reminded, as I work to get a handle on social media and it’s place in communicating with customers, that there is still room for good old-fashioned direct mail marketing. This article from the Wall Street Journal talks about the evolution of direct mail marketing, an evolution which adopts the same guiding philosophies we find appealing about social media–pertinency and relevancy to the individual.
