Heartland Credit Union Association is a newly formed trade association as a result of a merger of two associations: Missouri and Kansas. The new organization used this as an opportunity to create a new brand for the new entity and become more focused on the essence of what makes their offering so unique.
Dovetail took the organization through our branding process of discovery (research and stakeholder interviews), brand positioning, creative expression (logo, tagline, message strategy, and preliminary materials) and the development of their brand guidelines.
The result? A very clear foundation upon which to build their new brand and marketing communications plan.
