Challenge

A St. Louis headquartered national commercial development company, The DESCO Group was functioning with a minimal interactive presence that made it impossible to efficiently or effectively conduct online business transactions. In addition, service outages were common due to outdated technologies.

Solution

We developed a new interactive back-end service platform – based on an ASP.Net framework – that allowed The DESCO Group to efficiently initiate transactions through their web site, while also managing properties and visual assets online. In addition, powerful CMS features for site editing and email blast capabilities are also available to the client. The system also powers a “behind the line” intranet that DESCO uses to communicate both internally within corporate headquarters as well as to their various satellite offices. This allowed DESCO to manage their business through a challenging economic period while working with a reduced staff – without ever sacrificing service.
