Challenge
An innovative leader within the unique world of health management for patients with extremely rare diseases, Centric is a small specialty distributor of ultra-orphan drugs – drugs that are used by fewer than 20,000 individuals. The company contacted us seeking a communications platform worthy of its hard-earned market leadership.
Solution
After auditing the company’s existing marketing efforts, we developed a new strategy designed to reflect Centric’s image as patient-centered thought leaders while creating awareness about their exclusive distribution model, operating philosophy, and other complex advantages that make Centric valuable – and truly different – within the industry. High-impact direct mail, customized sales tools, bold print ads, a dynamic website and colorful infographics have succeeded in filling Centric’s sales pipeline with qualified leads. In addition, the marketing buzz within the industry lead to a recent appearance by Centric’s CEO on PBS’ American Health Journal.
